2026 Garden Registration Dates

  • Returning gardeners:  Tuesday, February 24 at 8 a.m. to Tuesday, March 10 at midnight
  • New gardeners:  Monday, March 16, 8 a.m. 

Garden Registration Details

Registration is through Maplewood Parks and Natural Resources Active Network account. Before registering you must establish a customer account with a login name and password, or login to your previous customer account. Click on the registration link below for the type of garden plot you want to reserve. Returning gardeners are allowed up to two plots. New gardeners are allowed one plot.

2026 Pricing

  • Resident: 
    • Raised Bed Garden (ADA or Standard Raised Bed) - $35
    • In-Ground Garden - $40
  • Nonresident:
    • Raised Bed Garden (ADA or Standard Raised Bed) - $40
    • In-Ground Garden - $45 
  • Reduced rate for low-income households is $15. To qualify households must verify that they qualify for a financial assistance program such as the reduced or free lunch program, supplemental nutrition assistance, or medical assistance.

  • Location:  Edgerton Park, 2001 Edgerton Street North

  • 70 plots including: 
    • 58 in-ground plots - 12-foot by 15-foot
    • 10 raised beds - 4-foot by 8-foot  
    • 2 accessible Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) raised beds - 3-foot by 5-foot
  • Edgerton Community Garden 2026 Agreement and Waiver
  • The City provides water spigots.
  • Renters agree to plant, maintain, and harvest their plots using organic (chemical-free) methods.
