Redeeming Love Church Expansion - 2425 White Bear Ave

Redeeming Love Church is proposing a series of exterior and interior improvements, along with a modest building expansion, to enhance the property's appearance, accessibility, and functionality. Exterior updates will include refacing the concrete fascia at the top of the building with new prefinished horizontal siding to provide a refreshed, contemporary look, while the existing precast panel walls will remain in place. Inside, renovations will include remodeling the sanctuary and lobby areas, installing new ceilings, lighting, seating, and flooring, and adding a coffee service area in the lobby to better serve visitors and congregants.

The project also includes expanding the main entrance to create a more welcoming and accessible arrival experience. Exterior stairs will be removed and replaced with interior stairs and an ADA-accessible lift within a new on-grade entrance addition. Site improvements will include removing and repaving portions of the parking lot and drive aisles in front of the main entrance, increasing the total number of parking spaces from 310 to 338. The existing 53,400-square-foot building will expand by 1,260 square feet, bringing the total to 54,660 square feet.
