A developer has proposed a lot split at Birch Run Station, located at 1715 Beam Ave E. The proposal includes creating three new parcels by combining two existing parcels and subdividing the lots. One lot is for a proposed Starbucks, drive-through, and parking lot. The second lot is for future retail development, consisting of a multi-tenant retail building or a drive-through restaurant. The final lot will encompass the existing retail shopping center.
