Starting salary: $4,957.06/month, $59,484.77/year

  • Top patrol salary (after 3 years): $7,081.52/mon, $84,978.24/year
  • Pay incentive for specialty positions (Detective, SRO, FTO, K9 Handler, Street Crimes Unit)
  • Time off/annual leave: 152 to 272 hours depending on years of service
  • Ten (10) paid holidays per year
  • Health insurance, dental insurance, POST license renewal costs 
  • Uniform allowance of $900/year 
  • Fully equipped squad cars and equipment package that includes, duty gear, firearm, Taser, body armor, Body Worn Camera
  • Heated indoor garage for squad cars
  • Officers are permitted to work out while on duty in the departments well equipped on-site workout facility
