Minor Construction 15-Day Review

Commercial or multifamily buildings with five (5) or more units must obtain approval of a Minor Construction 15-Day Review, if the following improvements are made:

  • Commercial or multifamily buildings with five (5) or more units that have not been previously reviewed by the Community Design Review Board will require a 15-day review for exterior improvements that are $20,000 in value or less. Improvements over that amount require a full review by the Board.
  • Commercial or multifamily buildings with five (5)or more units that have been previously reviewed by the Community Design Review Board will require a 15-day review for exterior improvements that are $200,000 in value or less. Improvements over that amount require a full review by the Board.

Application & Filing Requirements 

The Minor Construction 15-Day Review application is available through our online permitting system (Accela) and can be accessed via the Citizen Access portal linked to below. Before you submit an application, please be sure to discuss your project with a Planner to ensure this is the correct application for you.
