Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) - Helps homeowners find funding to fix their homes.

Home Repair Program - Provides volunteer-delivered safe and healthy housing repairs, including interior improvements (i.e., installing flooring, patching and painting), siding, windows, and landscaping. It also provides subcontractor-delivered repair or replacement of essential systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofs, that are critical to healthy, livable homes.

Hearts and Hammers - A private non-profit organization that provides exterior painting and home improvement assistance for seniors and the physically disabled. 

Minnesota Home Ownership Center - If you are a homeowner struggling to pay your mortgage or facing foreclosure, this organization can provide assistance.

Ramsey County FirstHome Down Payment Assistance Program - assists first-time and first-generation homebuyers with low-to-moderate incomes who are purchasing homes in suburban Ramsey County.

Ramsey County Foreclosure Programs  - Find local programs and agencies that help homeowners avoid foreclosure, access counseling, and find financial support.

Ramsey County Home Improvement Programs - offering two home improvement programs for low‑ to moderate‑income homeowners — the Critical Repair Grant Program and the Residential Rehab Deferred Loan Program — to help make health, safety, structural, and code‑related repairs (non‑emergency).
