Immigration Resources
Cities for Safe and Stable Communities on the Conclusion of Operation Metro Surge
The City of Maplewood recognizes the concerns our residents have regarding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity happening across the United States and in our community. The City is committed to providing accurate information, links to trusted support services, and updates on City efforts.
If you feel unsafe in any situation, including during ICE activity,
call 911 to connect with local law enforcement.
- The Maplewood Public Safety Department prioritizes responding to everyday needs of those who call 911, regardless of immigration status.
- Maplewood Public Safety does not enforce civil federal immigration law. The presence of local law enforcement does not indicate collaboration.
- If you encounter ICE, you have the right to remain silent, ask for a lawyer, and refuse to sign any documents without consulting a lawyer.
