Officer Xiong is a St. Paul native, who started his career with the Maplewood Police Department as a Community Service Officer for two years before he was hired as a Police officer through the Pathways to Policing program in 2018. He currently serves as a Field Training Officer, is on the recruiting team, and is member of the MN Asian Peace Officer Association. Officer Xiong is currently assigned to midnight Patrol.
