In season league/program information for t-ball can be found on our TeamSideline site.
COVID-19 UPDATE-SEASON START DELAYED: UPDATED SEASON DATES BELOW. REGISTRATION STILL OPEN. OUR GOAL IS TO PLAY THIS SUMMER WHEN/HOW IT WOULD BE SAFE TO DO SO, WHICH MAY INCLUDE MODIFICATIONS TO LEAGUE RULES.
The t-ball program is designed to teach the fundamentals of baseball to girls and boys. We provide a field coordinator for each game and emphasize individual growth, cooperation, fair play and having fun! The ages are split to provide better program tailoring for more progressive skill development along the way. All games are played as controlled scrimmages, no score is kept, we use a ball designed for safety and confidence.
Each week will start with 15-20 minutes of practice followed by 40-45 minutes of game play. Practice time will be led by the field coordinators with the help of each teams’ parent coaches working with their team. During the game play, the field coordinator will help with proper positioning, encouragement and general game help. The parent coaches will still set the lineup, manage the players’ position, play time and rotation, base coaching, etc..
Each team will still need a parent volunteer to help direct/coach the teams. If interested in volunteer coaching please indicate so during the registration process or contact league director at 651-249-2204.
