Fields are "first come first served" for regular park usage by patrons. This does not apply to large organized events.
Fields are also available for rent. For availability and fees call 651-249-2111.

To reserve a picnic facility, please contact Maplewood Parks and Recreation by email or by phone at 651-249-2120, or come to the Parks and Recreation office at 1902 County Road B East to fill out an application (PDF).
Details to include in the request:
- Name of shelter you are interested in reserving
- Event date and time
- Number of attendees
- Intended use of the shelter
Fees are due at time of application and are required to reserve the picnic shelter. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards are accepted.
The shelter permit and building key (if applicable) must be picked up the business day before the rental date and returned to Maplewood Parks & Recreation the following business day. Park buildings and shelters are limited to use by rental applicant and party only.
Damage deposit is due at the time the rental permit is issued. Damage deposit checks should be written out to Maplewood Parks & Recreation. The damage deposit will be forfeited if damage is done to the interior of the park building and/or the key is not returned the following business day after rental.
No cancellations due to inclement weather. All other cancellations must be received four weeks prior to rental.
Facilities at Battle Creek Regional Park or Keller Lake are managed by Ramsey County. Please contact the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department for rental information 651-748-2500.
Recycling In the Parks
In an effort to reduce trash and promote recycling, the City of Maplewood now offers recycling in our parks. Look for the blue bins and do your part in helping keep our parks clean!
