Kline Nissan is proposing two building additions: one to its current service area, adding additional bays on the south side of the building, and the other to the dealership’s parts department on the north side of the building. Both expansions will add 6,368 square feet to the site’s overall building footprint. The work on the building’s south side will alter the curb line of the parking lot and will add an impervious surface. The altered curb line will come closer to the wetland located to the south but still within the setback allowed by a setback variance approved in 2002.
